Executive Chef 

Brendan Shiels 

Brendan is originally from the Chicago area and the youngest of 6 children. He graduated from culinary school in San Francisco in 2001. During his 15 years in the San Francisco culinary industry, Brendan cooked for celebrities such as Sean Penn, Tom Waits, Metallica, Lou Reed, and Gavin Newsome.


Brendan brings with him experience from such Portland institutions as Portland City Grill and Bar Avignon.


When Brendan and his wife are not out enjoying the latest restaurants, he enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with his pup Hunter.

Mini grilled cheese made with swiss, cheddar and provolone. Served with house made tomato soup

Chicken Wings

6 wings tossed with your choice of BBQ, Buffalo or Teriyaki sauce

Fried Brussel Sprouts

A seasonal favorite! Fried brussel sprouts topped with sweet chili sauce and hazelnuts

Winter Chili

Made with beef, parsnip, butternut squash, black eyed peas, pinto beans and topped with melted cheddar cheese and onion


A hefty basket of fries, tots or onion rings served with your choice of beer cheese or house made ranch. 

Clam Chowder

The classic Pacific Northwest chowder served in a cup or bowl


Simple Green Salad

Fresh green mix with cucumber, radish and house made balsamic vinaigrette. 

Southwest Steak Salad

6oz of grilled flank steak on a bed of greens with tomato, corn, black beans, pickled peppers, avocado and a cilantro-lime vinaigrette

Caesar Salad

Classic Caesar with romaine, croutons and parmesan. 



4oz beef patty served on a sesame bun with your choice of toppings

Meatball Hoagie

House made pork and beef meatballs topped with marinara and provolone cheese

Smoked Chicken 

A smokey chicken breast served with sage mayo, fried onion and a cranberry relish

Hot Dog

Golf Course must have! This all beef hot dog is served with diced onion, yellow mustard and a sweet pickle relish

Grilled Portabello 

Balsamic marinated Portabello mushroom, topped with roasted red pepper, pesto mayo, cucumber and Swiss cheese.
