Executive Chef 

Brendan Shiels 

Brendan is originally from the Chicago area and the youngest of 6 children. He graduated from culinary school in San Francisco in 2001. During his 15 years in the San Francisco culinary industry, Brendan cooked for celebrities such as Sean Penn, Tom Waits, Metallica, Lou Reed, and Gavin Newsome.


Brendan brings with him experience from such Portland institutions as Portland City Grill and Bar Avignon.


When Brendan and his wife are not out enjoying the latest restaurants, he enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with his pup Hunter.

A carefully crafted menu with our crowd favorites and sprinkled with seasonal offerings. 


Garlic Knots 

Topped with garlic oil, salt and parmesan. Served with marinara

Rock Creek Chili 

Chef's signature smoky beef chili, topped with melted cheese and diced onion.

6 wings tossed with your choice of BBQ, Buffalo or Teriyaki sauce

Buttermilk brined, fried and served with buffalo ranch dipping sauce

Green Salad

Fresh green mix with cucumber, radish and house made balsamic vinaigrette. 

Southwest Steak Salad

6oz of grilled flank steak on a bed of greens with tomato, corn, black beans, pickled peppers, avocado and a cilantro-lime vinaigrette

Smoked Salmon Salad

Mixed greens, pickled red onion, orange segments, olives, honey mustard vinaigrette

Chicken Caesar Salad

Classic Caesar with romaine, chicken breast, croutons and parmesan. 

Beet Salad

Roasted beets, greens, chèvre, hazelnuts and orange vinaigrette served with garlic bread. 


Rock Creek Burger

Single or double quarter pound patties of house ground chuck and brisket with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard and cheese.

Meatball Hoagie

Pork and beef meatballs, marinara and provolone cheese.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Buffalo chicken strips, blue cheese, romaine, celery, black beans, corn, tomato and ranch. 

Hot Dog

Golf Course must have! This all beef hot dog is served with diced onion, yellow mustard and a sweet pickle relish

Italian Grinder

Salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, provolone, giardinera, tomato, mustard, mayo and red wine vinaigrette.

Tuna Melt

Albacore tuna conserva, olive oil, provolone, arugula, fennel, lemon, peppadew peppers
