Q:    Who owns and operates Rock Creek Country Club?
A:    Rock Creek Country Club was purchased by new Owners in September 2010.  Rock Creek Country Club will be celebrating 50 years in 2012.

Q:    Is Rock Creek Country Club completely private?
A:    RCCC’s golf and practice facilities have been private since 1975.  The  Clubhouse Grill and public side driving range have transitioned to welcome the community since May, 2010.  

Q:    What amenities does Rock Creek have?
A:    RCCC has a championship 18 hole golf course, extensive practice facilities, grass driving range with range balls, private men and women’s locker rooms and saunas, full service pro shop, Clubhouse
Bar and Grill, meeting and banquet facilities.

Q:    What about the golf course?
A:    Rock Creek is a golfer’s dream come true!  RCCC has three sets of tees that vary from 5,476 to 6,700 yards.  With a slope rating of 121 to 131, the course is challenging for all levels of golfers.  RCCC offers members a choice of rental power carts or complimentary pull carts.  Our continuous cart path makes getting around the course easy.  Our well maintained course is relatively flat, with some gentle sloping, making for a great walkable course.

Q:    How far in advance may tee times be made?
A:    Rock Creek Country Club allows 7 day advance tee time reservations.

Q:    How many members will the club have?
A:    Our plan for determining the right level of members for RCCC is to monitor the golf course compaction as membership levels grow.

Q:    Who in my family will be entitled to use the club facilities?
A:    RCCC offers several categories of membership to fit everyone’s needs.  Family Golf Membership allows primary members, their spouses and three children under the age of 21, living at home or up through the age 24 years and a full time student, registered with the Club.  Business Membership allows a minimum of two designees per business. RCCC also has Couples, Individual Memberships and Junior Memberships available.  For those over 65 years of age, RCCC offers a Senior Individual and a Senior Couples Membership.

Q:    May I bring guests to the Club?
A:    Yes.  Members may bring guests to the Club.  Certain daily guest fees will apply.  A guest living within the Portland Metro Area may play twice per calendar month unless approved by Club Owner/Management.  See Pro Shop for times.

Q:    When do I start paying dues?
A:    You pay dues for one full month when you turn in your application for membership with your Initiation Fee.

Q:    What is Rock Creek’s open play policy?
A:    RCCC’s open play policy is a flexible concept intended to allow the maximum use of the golf course for all adults with golf playing privileges.  RCCC has the traditional men and women’s preference days, but, when the tee is open, anyone can play.

Q:    What is the dress code?
A:    Members and their guests shall wear suitable attire on the Club’s property at all times.  Members are responsible for their guests complying with the Club’s dress code.   Shirts with sleeves and attached collars must be worn at all times.  Tailored trousers or shorts may be worn, but blue denim jeans, cut-offs and hard spikes are not permitted.  Women may wear sleeveless golf shirts but “tank tops”, halters and bare midriff garments are not permitted.

Q:    How do I become a Member of Rock Creek Country Club?
A:    To become a Member of the Club, you must submit to the Club a fully completed and signed Application for Membership and a check in the amount of the required membership initiation fee and one month’s dues. The application and initiation fee should be submitted to the Membership Manager.
